An accountability court Friday adjourned till January 03, 2006 the proceedings in a reference against former federal minister and secretary general PPPP Jehangir Badr and called for prosecution witnesses to record their statements.

The accused is facing the charges of corruption and making illegal assets in excess of his income. He is also facing the charges of misusing his office as federal minister.
